The product

Good service starts
with understanding.

HarborReach brings a working conversational foundation to the everyday service needs of insurance agencies. We’re building the workflows that turn a customer’s request into a clear next step.

Discuss your agency’s needs

Customer-service first

Support for the request.
Respect for the relationship.

A billing question. A document request. A customer who needs someone authorized to help. The experience should feel coherent, even when the next step belongs to another person.

HarborReach’s product direction is to understand the request, retrieve authorized administrative information, preserve context, route regulated matters correctly, and support consistent follow-up.

Today’s foundation supports real-time voice calls and natural conversations. Connected administrative service workflows are still in development.

Initial insurance focus

Familiar workflows.
Carefully defined responsibilities.

Personal Auto, Commercial Auto, and Homeowners are our initial areas of focus. The following service workflows are in development.

In development

Billing & payment inquiries

Verified administrative information and available payment due dates. HarborReach does not accept payments or change billing arrangements today.

In development

Document requests

A clear path for authorized document requests. Document retrieval and delivery are not currently available.

In development

Renewal & cancellation status

Administrative status from authorized records, without interpreting coverage or deciding whether a policy should be renewed or canceled.

In development

Underwriting follow-up

Documenting and routing administrative requests. Underwriting and eligibility decisions remain with authorized personnel.

In development

Human escalation

A relevant summary and a clear handoff to the appropriate person. Context-rich customer-service handoff is in development.

In development

English & Spanish workflows

Service experiences designed around the customer’s language. Full English and Spanish insurance service workflows are in development.

A service role. A clear boundary.

HarborReach does not produce quotations, bind coverage, recommend carriers or coverages, or provide licensed insurance advice.

Who develops HarborReach?
